About The Event
Sounds literally shape our realities…
Everything that has occurred in our lives is recorded in our bodies. These events are recorded in our tissue as memories that actually emit a sound - and respond and change shape when engaged by our voice. Sound touches us where hands and words cannot reach.
Your voice is the key to the memories and history that reside in your body. In this intimate workshop, you will learn a time-tested technique of body sounding that can unlock years of physical tension and release long-held emotional distress. These teachings empower you to facilitate your own emotional and physical maturation.
