About The Event
Our popular community healing is now online, facilitated by accredited sound healer Valerie Carpenter.
Never has group healing been so needed. Our online Sound Healing Sangha creates a safe space to connect, to support each other, and to raise our vibrations together.
Learn sound healing practices for self-care, while you both receive and offer healing with sound, voice and music.
Please bring your aches and pains, your heartbreak, your joy, anxiety and worries. These are the raw materials we need to create a vibrant and lasting healing experience for all!
Occurs monthly on the 2nd Sunday at 5pm, with a low-cost sliding scale.
You are invited to participate to whatever degree feels safe to you. No musical experience is necessary.
You wil find the Zoom link in your confirmation email and in the reminder email one day prior to the event.
