Please join us for a Solstice Meditation in Sound to celebrate the power of our own inner stillness.
Nature gives us the Winter Solstice so we may pause on the threshold of what has been and what is to come, so we may know ourselves in this moment of in-between, so we may consciously live into the dream of our deepest being.
This season's Sound Spa honors the cycles of Nature within our own being—resting in the dark, as we welcome the return of light. We use sound to get to the still point within—where we have to opportunity to journey ... to slumber ... to release tension or sadness ... to re-dream our dreams of tenderness, hope, and love ... to refresh our being for the road ahead ...
