Thich Nhat Hanh, Vietnamese Buddhist monk and peace activist, has described sangha as a “beloved community” that includes people who are engaged in serving and bringing joy to one another, and who inspire each other to contribute. He stresses the contribution of every individual to the community, and of the community to the greater world.

I envision this gathering as a great way to learn sound healing practices for self-care and to create community. It's also an opportunity to both receive and offer healing with sound, voice and music. A wonderful way to enrich your life, your family, or your own practice with the healing power of Sound.

You are invited to participate to whatever degree feels safe to you. No musical experience is necessary, but musicians are welcome, as well as instruments, and - of course - your own voice.
