About The Event

Come as you are! NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for this five-day online class! All you need is your willingness, desire, and your innate ability to play with sound, breath, and movement.

Each day we'll cover a different aspect of how chronic stress interrupts healthy functioning of our body, brain and nervous system, and introduce a new sounding practice designed to return us to vibrant health and wellbeing.

You will graduate from this course with a new understanding of the individual ways your body reacts to stress, and what you can do to counteract its effects. You'll learn how to shape the techniques you learn into a daily practice so you can experience life with more meaning, ease and joy, while becoming more productive at work, more loving at home, and more at home with yourself.
