Take a breath ...
Nature gives us the Winter Solstice so we may pause on the threshold of what has been and what is to come, so we may know ourselves in this moment of in-between, so we may consciously live into the dream of our deepest being. Please join us for a guided meditation in sound to celebrate the Solstice and the power of our own inner stillness.
This month's Sound Spa honors the Solstice and the cycles of Nature within our own being. We will plant the Seed of Light in our hearts deep in a gentle dream of darkness where it can geminate and blossom into an enlightened vision for our endarkened world. You'll get to shake off negative energy and re-dream your dreams of tenderness, hope, joy and love - all in the embrace of a supportive community.
No musical experience required.

Valerie Carpenter is an accredited sound healing practitioner and intrepid explorer of the inner realms. She is an expert at helping others open to their own wisdom, guidance and healing.
