About The Event

Our bodies are always talking to us, just waiting for us to listen. Everything that has occurred in our lives is recorded in our bodies. These events are recorded in our tissue as memories that actually emit sound—and they respond and change shape when engaged by our voice.

When we learn how to deeply listen to—and intimately communicate with—our body, it responds quickly and gratefully. Using our voice and healing intention, we can clear negative emotions and stagnant energy lodged in our organs, tissues and cells. In fact, we can change the very cellular makeup of our body. Sound touches us where hands and words cannot reach.

During our time together, we’ll open the door to listening to and sounding our bodies, and explore how we can release years of physical tension and long-held emotional distress.

We'll close the evening with a blissful sound journey to usher in the Autumnal Equinox with equanimity.

I look forward to sounding with you!
