Private Sound Bath
at The Vestibule Center for Sound Living
Relax deeply. Gather meaningfully.
A private sound bath is a calming, restorative experience for friends, family, colleagues, or a small group you want to bring together.
People often come looking for simple stress relief: a quiet space, beautiful sound, and time to rest. We can create exactly that.
For special occasions, your sound bath can also be customized to fit the moment—from a peaceful group relaxation experience to a more personal gathering with intention-setting, guided connection, shared reflection, or an offering circle.
It can be quiet, interactive, celebratory, reflective, or a blend that feels right for your group.

Designed Personally for Your Group
Each private sound bath is shaped around your occasion, group size, and the mood you want to create.
It’s a beautiful fit for birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, family gatherings, team retreats, women’s circles, milestones, and major life passages.
It can also offer a gentle, supportive space for grief, remembrance, bereavement groups, or intimate memorial gatherings.
No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Guests simply arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
Choose Your Format
Lying Down
For the deepest rest and most spacious experience. Guests lie down comfortably and receive the sound as a full-body relaxation experience.
Best for up to 8 people.
Seated Circle
A more flexible format with backjacks, chairs, or cushions—creates space for guided connection, sharing, intention-setting, or simple group practices.
Best for up to 16 people.
Both ways can be quiet and restorative, or customized for a special occasion.
Where It Happens
Most private sound baths take place at The Vestibule Center for Sound Living, my East Bay studio designed for intimate sound healing gatherings.
Off-site gatherings are possible by request for an additional fee. This may include travel, preparation time, and, when needed, rental of an appropriate space.
