Description
Soul retrieval is a focused healing process for restoring parts of yourself that have gone offline through trauma, overwhelm, or emotional wounding. When experiences are too much for the system to process, it’s common for parts of us to withdraw as a form of protection. Over time, this can show up as a sense of disconnection, numbness, low energy, or the feeling that something essential is missing. Through shamanic journeying, I enter an altered state of awareness to locate and return these aspects of your vital essence. This work is done on your behalf while you remain in a relaxed, receptive state, allowing the process to unfold safely and without effort. As these parts return, we begin the process of reintegration—helping your system receive, stabilize, and reconnect with what has come back. This may include working with the body, the breath, and your awareness to support a deeper sense of grounding and coherence. This is not a dramatic, one-time fix, but a meaningful shift toward becoming more fully present in yourself—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Clients often experience a movement from feeling disconnected or depleted to feeling more present, integrated, and at home in themselves—with greater access to their energy, clarity, and sense of aliveness. Follow-up integration sessions are recommended and scheduled separately to support and stabilize the work. Also available online.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because each session is individualized and extended in length, it is difficult to offer that time to another client on short notice. Payment Payment is due at or before the time of your session. New clients may be asked to provide a credit card to securely hold their appointment. You're always welcome to pay by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card). Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. Life Happens I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If something unavoidable occurs, please let me know as soon as possible. My intention is always to respond with both fairness and compassion while honoring the time reserved for every client.
