Description
Your Vibrational Elevation session is a focused, hands-on experience that works directly with the places you’re holding tension, overwhelm, or unresolved stress—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I combine sound-based bodywork, tuning forks applied directly to the body, intuitive guidance, and shamanic healing practices to help your system settle and reorganize. You remain fully clothed on a treatment table, allowing your body to relax while we work with what’s present in real time. This isn’t a passive sound bath—it’s a collaborative process guided by what your body is showing. Within this work, we address the underlying sources of imbalance—clearing what doesn’t belong, unwinding limiting patterns, and supporting the release of deeply held emotional material. At times, this includes restoring aspects of yourself that have gone offline through stress, trauma, or prolonged strain. Each session is tailored to you. We might work with: • persistent stress patterns in the nervous system • emotional residue that hasn’t fully moved through • areas in the body that feel stuck, tight, or disconnected At times, we may also bring in simple vocal sound or expression to help release what the body is holding—always at your pace, and without any pressure to perform. Clients often describe the experience as a deep reset—like something that’s been held for a long time finally has space to release. You leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more at ease in your own body. Available IN PERSON only
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because each session is individualized and extended in length, it is difficult to offer that time to another client on short notice. Payment Payment is due at or before the time of your session. New clients may be asked to provide a credit card to securely hold their appointment. You're always welcome to pay by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card). Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. Life Happens I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If something unavoidable occurs, please let me know as soon as possible. My intention is always to respond with both fairness and compassion while honoring the time reserved for every client.
