This is a guided, one-on-one session designed to help you release tension, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your body—right from your own space. We work with breath, awareness, sound-based practices, and shamanic healing techniques to support your system in unwinding patterns of stress, emotional buildup, and internal pressure. The work is simple, direct, and responsive to what’s actually happening for you in the moment. Your voice becomes an active part of the process. Not as performance, but as a natural tool for regulation and release. Through simple sound and expression, you begin to shift what your body has been holding—often more directly than talking alone can reach. Within this work, we also address deeper layers—clearing what feels heavy or intrusive, unwinding long-held patterns, and supporting the return of parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside over time. We incorporate embodiment practices drawn from The Art of Magnetic Presence, helping you build a more grounded relationship with your body and your energy. This supports you in feeling steady, clear, and more in charge of your internal state as you move through daily life—so you can be seen and heard without losing yourself. Each session is tailored to you. We may work with: • ongoing stress or overwhelm in the nervous system • emotions that feel stuck or unresolved • places where you feel shut down, guarded, or not fully expressed Clients often find the experience surprisingly tangible, even through a screen. You leave with a clearer sense of yourself, practical tools you can continue using, and a deeper feeling of strength and safety in your own body. Available Online Only
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because each session is individualized and extended in length, it is difficult to offer that time to another client on short notice. Payment Payment is due at or before the time of your session. New clients may be asked to provide a credit card to securely hold their appointment. You're always welcome to pay by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card). Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. Life Happens I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If something unavoidable occurs, please let me know as soon as possible. My intention is always to respond with both fairness and compassion while honoring the time reserved for every client.
