A focused, one-on-one session to uncover what’s still holding you back—and begin loosening its grip—by working directly with your voice, your body, and your awareness in real time. You’ll gain clarity on the patterns at play and experience what it’s like to start shifting them, so you can move forward with greater ease, confidence, and self-trust. This session also helps us determine whether working together more deeply is the right next step.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because each session is individualized and extended in length, it is difficult to offer that time to another client on short notice. Payment Payment is due at or before the time of your session. New clients may be asked to provide a credit card to securely hold their appointment. You're always welcome to pay by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card). Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. Life Happens I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If something unavoidable occurs, please let me know as soon as possible. My intention is always to respond with both fairness and compassion while honoring the time reserved for every client.
