Dimensional Integration
When healing opens new possibilities, integration helps them become part of everyday life.
This is a six-session series for clients who have completed significant healing work and sense there is another level of integration available. Over approximately three months, we continue with spacious two-hour sessions designed to help what has opened become more embodied, coherent, and usable in everyday life.
What is Dimensional Integration?
Human beings are multidimensional. We experience life through the body, emotions, nervous system, intuition, relationships, creativity, spirit, and meaning.
Dimensional Integration helps these different aspects of experience come into relationship with one another so that what you know, sense, feel, and experience can be lived more fully in everyday life.
The focus becomes less about healing and more about integration.
The Six-Session Series
Dimensional Integration is offered as a private six-session series.
Over approximately three months, we meet twice monthly for two-hour sessions. This format provides the time and spaciousness needed for deep exploration, meaningful integration, and lasting change.
Sessions are highly individualized and may include conversation, sound healing, energetic work, nervous system support, voice work, spiritual inquiry, or practical integration, depending on what is most needed and alive in the moment.
