Core Process within the Free At Last Program These sessions form the core of the Free At Last online experience. Over a series of one-on-one sessions, we move beyond insight and begin to shift what’s actually held in the body, nervous system, and deeper energetic layers that shape your experience. This is a guided, interactive process that builds over time—allowing changes to take root and become part of how you live and respond in daily life. Each session is conducted over Zoom and is fully experiential. We work directly with your awareness, breath, and voice, so the work happens from the inside out. We combine sound-based practices, embodiment work, intuitive guidance, and shamanic healing to help unwind patterns of stress, emotional buildup, and internal pressure. A central focus is personal mastery—learning to recognize what’s happening in your body and energy in real time, and how to shift it. Over time, you feel more steady, resourced, and less at the mercy of triggers or inherited patterns. Your voice becomes an active part of the process—not as performance, but as a tool for regulation and release. You begin to express more clearly and be seen without losing your ground. We also draw from The Art of Magnetic Presence to strengthen your relationship with your body and energy, so you can move through life feeling clear, stable, and in charge of your internal state. At a deeper level, we clear what’s been carried for a long time—emotional residue, protective patterns, and influences that feel heavy or not entirely your own. Sessions are intentionally spacious, with time for integration and guided journaling so what shifts can fully land. Over time, these sessions build on each other. You’re not just releasing what’s been held—you’re learning how to stay present with yourself and move through life with greater clarity, authority, and ease.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because each session is individualized and extended in length, it is difficult to offer that time to another client on short notice. Payment Payment is due at or before the time of your session. New clients may be asked to provide a credit card to securely hold their appointment. You're always welcome to pay by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or credit card). Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. Life Happens I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If something unavoidable occurs, please let me know as soon as possible. My intention is always to respond with both fairness and compassion while honoring the time reserved for every client.
