I'm Valerie, and I work with people at points in their lives where insight has reached its limit and familiar ways of coping no longer work. These are moments when life presses for a different kind of engagement—one that can’t be solved by understanding alone.
For more than two decades, I’ve guided people through anxiety, illness, trauma, loss, and major life transitions—times when life has felt disruptive, disorienting, or even unfair.
My work supports the development of a trustworthy sense of safety, both in your environment and within yourself. As old patterns loosen their grip, you regain the ability to choose clearly and reconnect with the world through a renewed sense of joy and wonder.

Valerie Devi Carpenter
