Vibrational Elevation
Sound-infused bodywork for stress, anxiety, and emotional release
Vibrational Elevation is a focused, hands-on healing experience for the places where you’re holding tension, overwhelm, or unresolved stress—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
In these sessions, I combine sound-infused bodywork, tuning forks applied directly to the body, intuitive guidance, and shamanic healing practices to help your system settle and reorganize.
You remain fully clothed on a treatment table while we work with what’s present in real time. This isn’t a passive sound bath. It’s a collaborative healing session guided by what your body is showing.

Soul Retrieval & Integration
Shamanic healing for restoring vital essence, wholeness, and joy
Soul Retrieval is a focused healing process for restoring parts of yourself that have gone offline through trauma, overwhelm, loss, or emotional wounding.
When an experience is too much for the system to process, parts of us can withdraw as a form of protection. Over time, this can show up as disconnection, numbness, low energy, difficulty feeling fully present, or the sense that an essential part of you is missing.
Through shamanic journeying, I enter an altered state of awareness to locate and return these aspects of your vital essence. This work is done on your behalf while you remain in a relaxed, receptive state, allowing the healing to unfold safely and without effort.
But the return is only part of the work.
Integration is what helps your system receive, stabilize, and live with what has come back. In this series, we support that reintegration through grounded conversation, body awareness, breath, sound, and practical attention to how the shift is landing in your life.
This is not a dramatic, one-time fix. It is a meaningful process of becoming more whole and present— physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Presence is not just how you show up in the world. It is how you show up for yourself.
It is the way you inhabit your body, breathe, speak, listen, choose, and stay connected to yourself in the middle of life.
When your nervous system settles and you feel more at home in your body, your presence changes. You stop pushing to be noticed. You stop working so hard to prove yourself. You become easier to see, hear, feel, and trust.
I began teaching presence decades ago, training student actors to live in their bodies, engage their voice, and let their natural light come through. Today, I bring those same skills into healing and coaching work, along with practices from The Art of Feminine Presence®, which I am certified to teach.
This work helps you calm your nervous system, deepen embodiment, free your expression, and work with the places where you’ve learned to shrink, brace, over-effort, or leave yourself.
